COMPANY RECRUITER NEEDED
SALARY PLUS COMMISSION/BONUSES $50k+ YR. Potential
Hook & Associates is a local distributor of a 107 year old
American made product and we are currently in an
expansion phase. We need a Recruiter for our Sales
department, who will help us continue our growth.
Recruiting is the beginning of any successful
organization and you can play a key role in this

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECRUITING DEPARTMENT:
- Places recruiting ads on social media sites and other platforms
- Arranges for proper recruiting environment
- Scheduling and performing interviews 2 days a week
- Coordinates College Recruiting when applicable
- Promotes personal recruiting program
- Keeps accurate records
- Conducts product training programs for new representatives 3 days a week.
- Follows through on orientation of new dealers to insure maximum benefit
- Able to take calls over the weekend
- The primary mission of a Recruiter is to consistently recruit and develop new dealers for the
- organization to insure the growth of the Distributorship
