COMPANY RECRUITER NEEDED
SALARY PLUS COMMISSION/BONUSES $50k+ YR. Potential

Hook & Associates is a local distributor of a 107 year old
American made product and we are currently in an
expansion phase. We need a Recruiter for our Sales
department, who will help us continue our growth.
Recruiting is the beginning of any successful
organization and you can play a key role in this
position. If you are looking for a company that offers

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECRUITING DEPARTMENT:

• Places recruiting ads on social media sites and other platforms
• Arranges for proper recruiting environment
• Scheduling and performing interviews 2 days a week
• Coordinates College Recruiting when applicable
• Promotes personal recruiting program
• Keeps accurate records
• Conducts product training programs for new representatives 3 days a week.
• Follows through on orientation of new dealers to insure maximum benefit
• Able to take calls over the weekend
• The primary mission of a Recruiter is to consistently recruit and develop new dealers for the
• organization to insure the growth of the Distributorship
