Company Mail Carrier

**Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm**

**Overview:**

Join our dynamic team as a Company Mail Carrier at the beautiful Kiawah Island Club! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to efficiently manage the delivery of inter-office mail, ensuring seamless communication within our work locations. In addition to inter-office mail distribution, you will be responsible for timely and secure delivery of outgoing mail to the post office as well as daily check drop-offs at a nearby bank.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Inter-office Mail Delivery:**

- Distribute inter-office mail to various work locations on Kiawah Island promptly and accurately.

- Maintain a consistent delivery schedule to facilitate smooth communication between departments.

2. **Post Office Duties:**

- Collect and organize outgoing mail.

- Ensure timely delivery of outgoing mail to the post office.

3. **Bank Transactions:**

- Pick up checks from real estate offices on a regular basis.

- Safely and securely drop off checks at the bank, following established procedures.

4. **Vehicle Maintenance:**

- Conduct routine checks on the company vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition for daily operations.

- Report any maintenance issues promptly to the designated personnel.

5. **Communication:**

- Communicate effectively with office personnel to coordinate mail pickups and deliveries.

- Provide excellent customer service and address any mail-related inquiries.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Previous experience in mail delivery or a related field is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy loads.

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
