SalaryA beautiful elder lady in her 90's is receiving home therapy to recover from a heart attack. She is able to walk with a walker, still gets her hair and nails done weekly, prides herself on her appearance, and is working hard with her PT to get stronger. While her focus is on this, she needs help with her daily needs.
Help with meal preparations, light housekeeping, (she has a housekeeper 1x a month), standby assistance with showering for safety, light laundry, errands to the grocery store, post office, bank, and salon as needed. The caregiver will drive the client's car.
If you are a mature, compassionate individual who enjoys providing care and companionship to elderly individuals,and would love to work in a beautiful home with a very sweet and personable lady, this is your job. We will be looking for someone who has a good background in a professional work career, retired or full-time homemaker. Older workers are encouraged to apply.
Please note that this is not a medical position and does not require any medical certifications. Experience with someone who is recovering from a heart attack would be valuable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
