Salary```Job Overview:```
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals with various needs, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, and dementia. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.
```Duties:```
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Remind to take medications according to prescribed instructions
- Help Monitor and record vital signs as needed.
- Monitor clients safety within home and supervise them
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Support individuals in engaging in social activities and community outings
- Follow care plans and ensure individualized care is provided
- Light house keeping ( sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, laundry, etc
- Transportation: Assist with scheduling a transport to doctor appointments/run errands
-Grocery shopping: Assist with online shopping
- Meal preparation
-Assist with client's goal.
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or dementia is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate nature and ability to provide emotional support
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to work with smokers.
- Must be able to work with clients who has pets.
-Must be able to pass level II Background check.

Pay: $14.51 - $15.11 per hour
