Community Support Worker

Generational Cycle’s LLC is expanding services and seeking full/part time, consistent and professional Individual Skill Development and Enhancement (ISDE) workers. We provide support to children and adults in the form of enhancing social skills, mentoring, and enhancing communication skills. ISDE workers will effectively engage clients while using a solution focused approach. Work is performed independently under the supervision of the manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Complete individual treatment plans and associated goal-based documentation.
• Provide therapeutic services to clients based on the treatment plan requirements.
• Provide feedback to Service Facilitators during monthly team meetings.
• Attend required supervisions, meetings, and trainings.
• Schedule appointments and meeting with clients/families.
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with clients and their families.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Agency Administration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma, General Education Diploma (GED)
• An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that would provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the successful performance of the essential job duties.
• Minimum of one year of prior human services, direct care, or youth development

experience.

• Experience in MS Office applications and database experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook. Ability to manage multiple calendars and complex schedules, utiizing advanced Outlook tools to manage workflow.
• Ability to read, analyze, articulate, and interpret service plans.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate with clients, staff, and community stakeholders.
• Demonstrate the ability to create formal reports, charts/graphs, PowerPoint presentations, and formal business correspondence.
• Commitment to quality and accuracy, including excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage confidential and sensitive material, and exhibit professionalism in all communications.
• Exhibits a proac4ve and an4cipatory work style, with self-mo4va4on and work ethic. Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Mandatory:

Travel in a personal automobile is required for company business.

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to meet agency driver safety requirement of carrying personal vehicle insurance with the following limits: $100,000 bodily injury, each person $300,000 bodily injury, each accident $100,000 property damage.
• Must use a personal insured vehicle to transport clients and have signed consent under agency forms to transport during work hours.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and ongoing random drug screens.

Salary: Depending on experience.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
