WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence and dedication, while overseeing a high-performing, data-driven team focused on achieving outstanding outcomes. Working closely with the Regional Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delegating tasks to a Site Supervisor, ensuring employees are well-informed about agency policies, and utilizing data from Fedcap CARES to plan daily tasks and long-term strategies for site success.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing and delegating tasks to a Site Supervisor
- Ensuring all employees are well-informed about agency policies
- Utilizing data from Fedcap CARES to plan daily tasks and long-term strategies
- Meticulously analyzing site metrics to identify areas for improvement and prioritize support for staff and caseloads
- Conducting monthly case reviews to ensure compliance and quality
- Hiring, training, and providing ongoing support to employees
You'll also work to promote transparent communication, host regular supervision and staff meetings, and oversee site operations, including managing calendars and staff coverage. You ensure accuracy and adherence to agency policies regarding reimbursement requests. Our nonprofit site runs smoothly thanks to you!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Bachelor's degree or higher education or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated track record for building and developing community partnerships
- Valid driver's license
Program management and supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Non-profit experience would be a plus!
