Community Relations/Foundation Specialist

Revere Health is searching for a full-time community relations/marketing specialist who wants to utilize their experience to advance Revere Health’s mission of giving back by building, strengthening, and sponsoring organizations and individuals that best exemplify Revere Heath’s values.

In addition to community relations, the person in this position will also have significant responsibility in helping write content for clinic marketing initiatives. Under the direction of the Marketing Director, this person will work with Revere Health’s marketing team and clinical departments to create programs that promote the organization's image in a positive and community-oriented way as well as to create compelling content for Revere Health marketing initiatives.

What you’ll do…

• Research, identify and implement community sponsorships and corporate giving opportunities that support Revere Health’s vision and mission while making meaningful contributions to individuals in the communities which we serve.
• Reinforce Revere Health’s position as a leader at the forefront of value-based care by building and strengthening partnerships with influential business and community leaders, key not-for-profit partners, and industry associations.
• Identify opportunities that will complement Revere Health marketing activities to tell the Revere Health story. While altruistic motives for these initiatives is our primary motivation, they should also complement our efforts to create awareness of the depth and breadth of healthcare specialties that Revere Health offers.
• Write content for overall organizational marketing efforts, including social media, blogs, new physician bios, and SEO content for our website.
• Provide marketing and administrative support to the Revere Health Foundation. This includes helping to recommend and develop relationships with potential recipient groups, as well as acting as liaison with current foundation recipient organizations.

What you’ll bring…

• 2-3 years of related experience in community relations, event planning, or related field
• Experience and proven success in event management and philanthropic initiatives; including planning, organizing, and budgeting
• Experience in writing effective and engaging content for a variety of mediums.
• Excellent networking, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Computer skills – word processing, spreadsheets, email, contact management and databases
• Experience managing and recruiting volunteers
• Previous work experience demonstrating strong work ethic, ability to be a self-starter, proactive approach to relationship management and ability to communicate complex issues. This includes internships, extracurricular activities, and community volunteerism.
