The Views of Burlington are proactively seeking a Community Relations Director to join a team in the Burlington, Iowa area.
The Community Relations Director is responsible for on-going marketing, sales, and educational activities to promote public and professional awareness that will ensure that The Views of Burlington and Ridgeview Assisted Living maintain maximum levels of occupancy while continuing to provide quality care.
We are seeking someone who has the ability to close sales while remaining compassionate to our residents and their needs. This individual works as the "face" of The Views of Burlington and Ridgeview Assisted Living and must be familiar with elder care resources and walking tenants and their families through the transition process. This position requires being able to effectively deal with stressful situations and handle confidential matters.
Additional responsibilities include:
Oversight of our 36 unit Assisted Living, community census development, and serving as community liaison.
Lead tracking, database management, referral networking, touring prospects, community events, maintaining marketing plans as well as media advertising campaigns, website management, and new resident/family orientation.
Assisting the Administrator, Executive Director, and Director of Nursing with as needed.
