Job description

If you are a Community Manager who wants to grow your career by working at an amazing company, then keep reading!

Why become an ADVENeer:

You want ADVENture in your career. In Property Management, no two days are alike! It’s an ADVENture; keeping you energized and fulfilled.

ADVENeers make an impact and change lives. The largest impact you will have is guiding people through one of the largest decisions they will ever make. You will impact people through milestones in their lives, first apartment homes and great times; as well as difficult times. You will help change people’s lives by being an integral part in building neighborhoods that people call home.

Advenir is a company that focuses not only on providing top tier housing for its residents but also focusing on their team members. Here, you have a voice! You will enjoy transparent communication from your leaders and appreciate their open feedback. You are a leader. We take your talents and experience as leaders and help make you stronger. You want to become more of an expert in your field and be recognized for your accomplishments. You desire career growth and want to achieve your career goals. You flourish in a culture that is focused on strength and growth. You crave to be a part of an organization where the core valuesmatch your own. You won’t get lost in the shuffle like in the bigger property management organizations. You will hear from all levels of leadership within the company. If this is you, come join us in making an impact and changing lives!

What will you be doing as an ADVENeer:

Our organization is seeking a results-oriented individual with strong customer service skills and an ability to work independently to become a part of our team. As a Community Manager, you are overseeing a multi-million-dollar business. You will be driving sales and income as a motivational leader to your team. As they say, "the buck stops here", and as such, you take complete ownership and accountability of the team members and property performance. As a leader, you will influence your team to reach their very highest potential every single day. You will oversee the physical asset, leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, construction projects, accounts receivable and payable, vendor relations, recruitment, and team member development. This role is not for the faint of heart due to both your and our expectations of providing reliable and exceptional service to our customers by performing all responsibilities with accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and of course passion! You will be humble, hungry, and smart. You can create a legacy and an impact with us.

What will you bring to the table:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a manager in multi-family assets (condominium, high-rise, mid-rise, or garden style properties). Previous management experience in our industry is strongly preferred and desired. Due to the high level of communication with various stakeholders, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as you will be a primary communicator for us as we work with new friends that call us home. You will be proficient in computer software including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, Payroll Software.

How will you be rewarded:

The winning formula for this role is showing up every day ready to make an impact and achieving mutual goals. Together we make it possible. You and your team will work every day to embody Advenir’s Core Values. We will reward you for your efforts in the following ways and others:

· Promotion and Growth opportunities
