We are a growing company focusing on specifically value-add multifamily housing investments.
Eighteen Capital Group is currently seeking a Community Housekeeper that will play a vital role in the success of our property. Our Community Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the community’s shared, amenity and office areas along with cleaning and maintaining vacant units. Primary Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Clean common, amenity and office areas daily.
- Clean and maintain vacant units to ready for move-in. Requires use of cleaning checklist and consistent re-inspection of previously cleaned units.
- May require assisting grounds or maintenance in the upkeep of communal area breezeways and hallways.
- Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies, and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
- Courteous, efficient response to resident requests. Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents; initiates action to correct unsafe conditions.
- Adhere to OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies always.
- Maintain a service-oriented environment by exhibiting a professional appearance and attitude. Ensures notification is left in an apartment each time a service is performed.
- Assist with “make-ready” and/or miscellaneous duties when requested by the Service Manager or Community Manager. Other miscellaneous duties as required.
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
