Job Details:
We are seeking a passionate and committed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Community Health team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to individuals in our community, particularly those dealing with addiction issues. This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in nursing, with a focus on Community Health and addiction therapy.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in our community, focusing on those dealing with addiction issues.
2. Conduct regular health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
3. Administer medication and provide addiction therapy, working closely with other healthcare professionals.
4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Current and valid RN license in the state of Oregon.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on Community Health and addiction therapy.
3. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
4. Bilingual and/or biculturalcompetencies for the Latino population are preferred
