Form of workBasic Requirements: Coaches/Community coaches are vital to the success of Lovett’s sports teams. Coaches/Community coaches will run practices with another coach and help provide direction and feedback to the athletes.
Schedule: Practices are typically 4:00 - 6:00 pm, 5 days per week.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Promote good sportsmanship and foster character in student-athletes
Provide for the safety and welfare of all participants
Help supervise students in practice areas, locker rooms, and buses at all times during the season
Exercise patience, tolerance, and diplomacy when communicating with all players, parents, co-workers, contest officials, and spectators
Lead by example and be a positive role model for all athletes
