• Bachelor's degree in communications or related subject.

• Have 8 – 10 years’ experience creating internal communications in a large and matrixed organization that pursues progressive people and culture practices,

• Develop impactful, timely, and measurable internal campaigns,

• Be an intent listener as well as a masterful and creative writer,

• Use discretion with sensitive topics,

• Exercise solid professional judgment and problem-solving, and

• Have knowledge of SharePoint and other Microsoft O365 platforms
