Communications Lead

Pay: 90k-130k

Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. A client Communications Lead creates and manages content across client internal safety notices, daily email blasts, Google and newsletters within the client's organization. They also analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of their strategies and make necessary adjustments. You'll use marketing techniques and communications expertise to develop strategies that align with HR goals. A client Communications Lead works closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.

The ideal candidate will:

             Interact with client and ABM business leaders to define communications and engagement strategy, review progress and seek feedback. Build valuable customer relationships.

             Provide professional strategic counsel and tactic support to client and collaborate with ABM client dedicated leadership leaders regarding internal communications campaigns and strategies

             Build internal client communications campaigns and execute tactics that support the education and growth of employees

             Advise on use of client internal communications channels to support program goals.

             Write, edit, and supervise development of a wide variety of client internal communications with speed, creativity, and accuracy

             Evaluate existing client internal communications channels and recommend new ones

               Write, edit, and supervise development and internal sign off of  client email blasts, Google sites, announcements, talking points, blogs, media statements, and corresponding materials with speed, excellence, and accuracy 

             Serve as a member of the client's Company's crisis communications team

Requirements:

             Bachelor's degree in public relations, Journalism, or Communications strongly preferred.

             10 years of experience in marketing or communications with at least 5 years of corporate or agency communications work experience strongly preferred.

             Ability to deliver effective and persuasive communications on HR topics to internal audiences.

             Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and executive presence. Ability to respond to the most sensitive issues.

             Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret the most complex business documents.

             Experience in a fast paced and agile environment. Ability to prioritize and work under tight timeframes.

             Experience with Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheet, Site, Gmail, etc.) is preferred

             Proficient and experience in change management process

             Skill to develop, drive, and deliver against implementation plans. Experience in facilitating and influencing decision making. Commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative.

             Travel anticipated up to 50%
