Commissioning Field Support Leader

CCL are recruiting a Commissioning Field Support Lead on behalf of our client, who are at the forefront of Lithium Technology. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in overseeing the commissioning and start-up activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of commissioning plans, coordinating Field Support teams, and liaising with project managers, engineers, and clients to guarantee the timely and effective completion of projects.

Key Duties

- Lead and supervise commissioning activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project schedules, and quality standards.

- Develop comprehensive commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules in collaboration with project stakeholders.

- Manage a team of Field Support technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient project execution.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and optimize commissioning processes.

- Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.

- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on commissioning progress, challenges, and solutions.

- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the commissioning team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.

- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in commissioning and start-up activities within process plants.

- Strong understanding of process systems, equipment, and operations.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.

- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Sound knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices in commissioning processes.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $125.00 per hour
