Commission-Based Barista

Join our dynamic team at Ristretto Café, located in the bustling Dimond Mall, known for its high foot traffic and vibrant atmosphere. We are seeking a sales-driven individual with a passion for coffee and exceptional customer service to fill the role of a Commission-Based Barista. This unique position offers unlimited earning potential, with commissions earned on every sale in addition to daily tips!

Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, teas, and other menu items, ensuring each drink meets our high standards of quality and taste.
• Quality Control: Maintain consistency in beverage taste and presentation, conducting regular checks to ensure standards are met.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other necessary equipment, ensuring they are in perfect working condition.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the work area and countertops clean and organized, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Order Processing and Customer Service: Take and process orders with accuracy, handle cash and card transactions efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to promote a positive working environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
• Multitasking Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising service quality.
• Customer Service Excellence: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and manage the physical demands of the role.

Pay: $11.73 - $25.00 per hour
