Job description

At Brightline, we believe in creating meaningful connections through exceptional experiences. We’re creating a brighter way to get there by making travel more convenient, more sustainable, and more hospitable every day. If you’re optimistic, forward-thinking, and interested in shaping the future of travel with us, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Purpose

As an essential member of the Brightline Station Operations team, you will work behind the scenes to receive and store inventory, prepare food orders, and deliver all items to the platform for loading on the train. Your professionalism and attention to detail will significantly and directly affect our guests' onboard experience.

If you’re a people-person looking for a role where you’ll be empowered to own your zone, inspired to learn, and have the confidence to bounce back from setbacks, this is the perfect opportunity!

Your Role

  • Food Prep: You are responsible for ensuring our guests' food and beverage needs are taken care of. That includes ensuring all food/beverages meet Company and safety standards. You will also serve alcoholic beverages adhering to Company established standards, including visually checking and verifying proper identification.
  • Fulfillment Operations: Receive, document, and store deliveries ensuring proper food handling, rotation, and labeling.
  • Ownership: Taking pride in your zone, you ensure that all guest, and non-guest-facing areas are cared for and reflect Brightline standards.
  • We are a new business model – agile and evolving. This job description isn’t meant to be a complete list of your qualifications or all the things you’ll do.

You

  • You have 1+ years' experience in stockroom operations in retail, F&B, or hospitality settings.
  • You are a minimum of 18 years old.
  • You are able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Combine your experience, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit by joining our growing team in Florida and Nevada. Brightline is pleased to offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, and the opportunity to make a difference while making history as the only privately-funded rapid rail service in the country.
