Commercial/Maintenance Electrician

The Commercial/Maintenance Electrician will be integral member of a Project Team executing Electrical projects including:

1. Lighting Installation

2. Power upgrades

3. CCTV and Access Control

4. Trenching and Boring

5. Aerial Cabling

The Electrician will be responsible for executing any high and low voltage electrical work in support Project Management Team.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent, with two years of trade schooling in electrical system design or construction
• 2+ years’ experience in data center (or similar type critical environment) operations, maintenance, and engineering supporting critical facilities operations.
• Working technical knowledge and understanding of critical data center systems, including HVAC, standby emergency power, uninterruptible power supplies, and associated infrastructure.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and execute administrative procedures, equipment manuals, drawings, complex work scripts, procedures, and maintenance work instructions.
• Ability to perform equipment troubleshooting and diagnoses of general system operating issues and deficiencies
• Proficient in basic computer applications and software such as MS Office.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Most jobs are Prevailing Wage Maintenance Electrician jobs.  All Fringe Benefits are paid in cash form.
• Must be able to work 3rd shift as required.
