JOB SUMMARY: As Commercialization Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to coordinate the trial process of new materials for commercialization that will meet regulatory standards. The position will be responsible for preparing and maintaining all trial documentation, which include but not limited to trial plans, data collection, sample requests, final trial report. In addition, this position will provide technical support to internal customers such as Marketing, Project Managers, Packaging, Sales. In addition, the Commercialization Coordinator will review documents for accuracy on new products for commercialization such as bill of materials, technical information sheets, product specifications etc.
Position in Operations will not have a primary focus on technical information sheets and product specifications, but will work more directly with the plant, Process Control Team to develop run settings and equipment set points for raw materials and new products.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Plans, executes, analyzes, and publishes the results of the trial to the specifications predetermined by the Project Manager and/or from the customer (internal/external). Conducts pre & post-trial meetings. Maintains all trial documentation.
• Collaborates with other departments who may have technical or research questions on new, existing or products with changing specifications.
• Supports Global Product Development and Global Materials Development by leading the documentation and process transitions to Product Lifecycle Management program.
• Performs laboratory and bench top testing of raw materials, finished goods, and competitive products.
• Shares experience and knowledge with others to improve their knowledge base and skill sets, and cross trains team members with different specialties.
• Provides technical support. Reviews all technical documents for accuracy.
• Performs sample requests, administrative requests, and support.
• Drives cost reduction and efficiency improvements through leading projects specifically designed to improve attributes of our raw materials.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have 3+ years’ experience in a converting operations role OR 3+ years’ experience in a writing/documentation role with strong understanding of plant quality and manufacturing procedures. Previous experience with regulated products will be a definite plus.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and JDE.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently; able to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize appropriately. Above average understanding of basic math principles.
• Must be able to relate to others and communicate both ideas and concepts, verbally, written, and through demonstration.
• Must have valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to travel between Technical Center and manufacturing sites when necessary.
• Accuracy in gathering, interpreting, analyzing data is essential.

• Frequent carrying and lifting 0-10 pounds, repetitive hand movement, reading, writing, reasoning/analyzing, and social interaction.
• Occasional carrying and lifting 10-30 pounds, standing/walking, bending/twisting, pushing/pulling, reaching above shoulder, and calculating .
