Job Description
supporting planning and reporting processes for Commercial revenue division. Reporting to the Manager Financial Planning and Analysis - US Commercial, this position is responsible for supporting the LBE/Planning process, and leading certain aspects of the process. The position will also identify/assess/implement process improvements, lead projects, assist with senior management highlights and reporting as well as support an array of ad-hoc FP&A activities for US Commercial Leadership team. Some of the highlights of the position are support to the Division Vice President, the Controller, and other Commercial leaders.
Support and organized the LBE/Plan processes: generate calendars, create financial templates, coordinate process across other functions (Commercial, Contracts & Pricing, Operations, and customer support), consolidate financials, ensure timely and accurate submissions to Division FP&A and US Commercial leadership.
Coordinate and Prepare LBE Confirmations
Support preparation of executive level presentations for internal and external reviews
Prepare and analyze Cash Flow statement and other Balance Sheet forecast analysis.
Bring numbers to life to drive better understanding and decision making (cash flow, ROI, etc.)
Prepare deal and proposals and investment analysis.
Responsible for hospital/distributor rebate payments, accruals, and reconciliations
Coordinate and prepare IBP cycle monetization and submissions.
Actively support various ad-hoc financial requests – division, corporate, investor relations including financial modeling with extensive use of Excel
Support/perform timely and accurate actual reporting and variance analysis.
Ensuring accurate tie outs between the different reporting tools
Assist in identification and implementation of process improvements.
Participating in ad-hoc projects at management requests
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance
Preferred
Minimum 4 years of combined Finance/Accounting experience is required.
Strong analytical, problem solving, variance analysis skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and with senior management.
Effective communication, soft skills, and prioritization of assignments
Executive presentation experience desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (mainly Excel and Power Point)
Proficiency in HFM/CCI, SAP and Host Analytics is a plus.
