Position: Commercial Roof Salesperson
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for low slope and flat roofing projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand and navigate the HOA processes for roofing bids and projects.
Work closely with the estimation team to prepare accurate bids and proposals.
Travel to project sites, client meetings, and other relevant locations in surrounding states.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Commercial Roofing Sales.
- Strong knowledge of low slope and flat roofing systems.
- Familiarity with HOA processes and bid preparation (a significant advantage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to surrounding states.
- Professional demeanor and a client-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
