SalaryPA Commercial Roofing company currently has positions open for those that want to learn the roofing trade. No Experience Necessary. Responsibilities will include assisting the foreman and mechanics in removing and installing or repairing roofing systems, maintaining the project sites by cleaning up project related debris and trash, as well as gathering or distributing materials on the project sites. Candidates for the position will have or will learn the following skills:
- How to use simple hand tools including hammer, utility knife and chalk line.
- How to use a broom and other cleaning tools effectively.
- Will be able to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Must have the physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects.
- Must be able to regularly bend, climb, and kneel.
- Ability to work with others.
- Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
** Weekend work is only required if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
