Responsibilities: • Administer tenant leases and coordinate related services such as procuring utilities • Ensure that the commercial buildings are well maintained through regular inspections and sustained maintenance practices • Construct and execute strategies to drive occupancy rates and optimize rental values • Supervise accounting operations which incorporate rent collection, eviction proceedings, fiscal reporting, and budgeting • Examine and renew rental agreements to validate compliance with applicable regulations and laws Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Property management • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate regulations and laws • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • US Work Authorization Compensation: $75,500
