We are seeking a Property Manger to join our team at BHICP! As Property Manager, you will have the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform move-in/out inspections and create list of damages/improvements needed, noting any change or damages from prior tenant.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks including changing lightbulbs, basic plumbing, minor repairs, and report any major damages to the main office.
- Take photographs of all maintenance/damages needing repaired.
- Visit locations to gather photos of rentable space for marketing purposes.
- Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, completing repairs, and planning renovations.
- Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work at rental properties.
- Respond to emergencies at properties and enforce any violations of occupancy.
- Other tasks deemed necessary by onsite agents.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in real estate preferred
- Solid knowledge of basic maintenance repair, property regulations, and Microsoft office programs
- Excellent time management, organizational, and customer service skills
- Experience as a Property Manager or similar role preferred.
Pay: $50,000-$55,000 per year
