Commercial & Pricing Strategy Manager, NNA Auto Product Management

The Novelis North America (NNA) team is seeking a Manager, Commercial & Pricing Strategy, NNA Auto Product Management. The person in this role will report to the Director, NNA Auto Product Management. This role is responsible for growing the profitability for NNA Auto Value Stream through customer/market pricing analysis, development of commercial deal offers strategies, and improving costs-to-serve. This role will supervise and handle our end-to-end commercial RFA process, considering factors such as automotive market dynamics, customer relationships, competitive landscape, value stream strategy, pricing, macroeconomic factors, etc. to develop sound offer strategies that ensure continued growth in the market and improved profitability. From a cost-to-serve perspective, this role is responsible for increasing the profitability for NNA Auto Value Stream via the Bill of Materials Management of Change process. Owns the organizational change management effort to monetize customer engineering change requests through the BOM MOC process which works cross-functionally across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Operations.

Novelis' Global Corporate Headquarters is located in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta Georgia and employs approximately 250 people. It is co-located with Novelis' North America regional office which employs approximately 225 people. - With aluminum sheet use in the automotive market forecasted to continue to increase in the next decade, NNA Auto continues to see a high volume of customer RFQs, each of which requires its own thoughtful analysis on how best to price based on value stream strategy. This role will be passionate about ensuring we meet daring turnaround times back to the customer while taking key factors such as market dynamics, customer relationships, pricing strategy, profitability, sustainability, etc. into account when putting together the offer.
- Will need to take into account other key factors such as historical price levels (at both customer, and product level), recent market wins/losses, service offering, value to customer, willingness-to-pay, competition, etc. into account. Ability to analyze large amounts of data while keeping in mind customer relationships will be both challenging and keys to success.
- Given the increased global nature of our customers, cross-regional coordination will be a key to success for the person filling this role, including collaborating closely with key collaborators in Novelis Europe Auto and Novelis Asia Auto.
- A deep understanding of the short and long-term business strategy and ensuring actions and growth targets are aligned to business strategy will be key along with detailed understanding of NNA Auto value proposition and ability to align value proposition to customer needs.

- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
- MBA, Master's Degree in Engineering preferred
- 5+ years in Automotive or B2B or manufacturing
