We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute plumbing projects
- Follow blueprints, building codes, and safety regulations
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete plumbing tasks
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role (3 years or more)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- field service experience is a plus
- Maintenance Person skills are beneficial

Expected hours: 40 per week
