Commercial Pipeline Painter

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipeline Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for sandblasting, priming, and applying paint to pipes and to various surfaces. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for painting and craftsmanship. There is a special technique to Pipeline Painting. Must have experience and familiar with this process.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sandblasting and priming pipes
- Apply primer or sealers to prepare surfaces for painting
- Mix, match, and apply paint, according to specifications
- Use brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply paint or other finishes
- Calculate the amount of materials needed for each project
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pipeline Painter or similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools and painting equipment
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
- Familiarity with pipeline painting
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
