Commercial Physical Damage Adjuster

As a seniorclaims adjuster on our Commercial Lines team, you'll investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of Progressive's liability concerning loss of damages specific to commercial products. You'll accurately estimate the most complex and costly commercial losses. Commercial losses handled by Truck specialists most often involve vehicles such as heavy trucks and equipment; but may include other large vehicles (i.e., fire trucks, busses, wreckers etc.).
This is a field position. In this role, you'll cover a large geographic territory which may include multiple states. You'll be driving to vehicle inspection sites.
Must-have qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher.
• Three years' experience in one of the following types of positions: Property & Casualty Claims experience or related experiences such as Commercial, Body Shop or Dealership.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently
• Proficient in use of Physical Damage estimating systems
• Mechanical aptitude including knowledge and hands-on experience related to commercial vehicle repairs

Compensation

• $87,500/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 24% of eligible earnings; Progressive rewards each of us with an annual bonus based on company performance
