Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager
Job Description
This position reports to the Founder of the Company. It is an inclusive position including management of commercial accounts and personnel.
Requirements
*Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
Oversee the operation of commercial accounts:
*Make certain commercial accounts are staffed with properly trained employees.
*Keep turnover to less than 20% by hiring qualified personnel and providing adequate training.
*Conduct quality checks on accounts during the cleaning period assuring contract compliance.
*Conduct proactive site visits during daytime hours to meet with clients and inspect buildings at least monthly. More frequent visits with new accounts and employees.
*Assure adequate cleaning supplies are on sites and cleaning staff have all equipment and tools necessary to complete work.
*Create the schedule.
*Send weekly log report of visits both nighttime and day to the Founder.
*Handle any complaint issues immediately and get to the root of problem.
*Enter all communication with clients into the Customer Factor database and keep it on file.
*Cover and absences for cleaning jobs as they occur and help find replacements.
*Helps conduct training of new employees under the direction of Founder.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
