Job Summary
The Commercial Loan Operations System and Process (CLOSP) trainer will be responsible for the oversight of training on various commercial applications for new hires and existing hires has system functionality are added, enhanced, or changed. In addition, the CLOSP Trainer will assist functional managers in process training based on business requirements and procedures developed and approved for implementation. The CLOSP Trainer must be agile and be able to learn on the fly.
Job Responsibilities:

• System training - Provide direction on various systems such as AFS Vision, Loan Momentum, LaserPro, Ncino for new hires and retrain when new products are delivered or updated that affects how the daily functions may affect the system changes. Delivers a variety of instructor led training via one on one, classroom or virtual.
• Process training -Provide instructions on new or changes in process to staff with minimum to no supervision. Develop process maps and flow charts to assist in the way work is processed. Develop appropriate tools to observe and track training progress and report as part of operational reporting. Analyze and resolve problems pertaining to process documents, out of balance transactions and complex loan structures.
• Procedure Review - Develop and revise various version of training material in addition collaborating with the Risk department in the creation and updates of procedures and user guides. Ensure all regulatory and compliance steps are properly identified in procedures and user guides.
• Project Management - Assist in various projects to ensure Business Processes are aligned with project scope. Use independent judgement and discretion to make decision that affect how the implementation of the project will affect the downstream teams in Commercial Loan Operations. Develop and revise various version of training material in addition collaborating with the Risk department in the creation and updates of procedures and user guides. Ensure all regulatory and compliance steps are properly identified in procedures and user guides.

• Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
• Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
The minimum education and experience required complete each bullet point below. Items in this section must be objective, relevant, and clearly identifiable. Applicants who do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
• Minimum experience required: 5+ Years in training, leading, coaching teammates.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications the hiring team would prefer an applicant to have.

• Education level preferred: College, Vocational or Associates Degree (2 years or equivalent) College courses in Accounting, Business Administration or Computer Science preferred
