We are hiring a full time Commercial Loan Processor for our Production Team! The Commercial Loan Processor acts as an intermediary between the external lenders (funding companies) and the internal Business Consultants (Sales Team) on all business financing deals. We do this by utilizing the latest technology to support our streamlined process to ensure customer satisfaction in a fast paced multi tasking environment. 

This individual should be detail oriented, organized, and result driven. The Commercial Loan Processor will be responsible for assisting the production team in all aspects of day to day operations. This is an entry level position, with no experience required. ROK Financial will provide extensive training. 

Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate may have experience as a Loan Processor, or underwriter looking to join a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment 
• Prepare and process loan files from application through closing
• Communicate with designated sales representatives to ensure all requirements are met prior to submission 
• Review applications, bank statements, financials and other miscellaneous documents 
•  Respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and obtain all necessary documentation required for the file
• Follow up with lenders on submission status 
• Work in conjunction with lenders in all phases of the deal process to provide clients with capital 
• Establish relationships with sales representatives and lender points of contact
• This is an IN OFFICE role Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm).
