Compensation:$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Prepare in-house loan documents
- Coordinate with the attorney in drafting loan documents
- Work with escrow company, title company, insurance agent, attorney, and loan officer in Loan Closing
- Review appraisal report, environmental report, title report, property tax, insurance coverage and escrow closing statement
- Resolve any document issues with the borrower or attorney
- Resolve any post-closing issues immediately
- Monitor delinquent cases and handle collections
- Assist in managing OREO
- Prepare delinquency meeting minutes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or Accounting preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Extremely organized with great time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
