We are looking for several Commercial Loan Assistants who can help our loan officers in reviewing loan applications and collecting necessary documents. This position has a hybrid work schedule. Compensation:$50,000 - $55,000 yearly + bonus
Responsibilities:- Review loan applications to determine if they meet minimum standards
- Prepare loan summary
- Collect the required information from the borrower
- Verify documents provided by the borrower
- Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process
- Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor
- AA degree or Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
