Compensation:$50,000 - $55,000 yearly + bonus
Responsibilities:- Review loan applications to determine if they meet minimum requirements
- Collect required information from borrowers
- Verification of documents provided by borrowers
- Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process
- Gather information for underwriting including financial analysis, property value evaluation, and title search
- Handle other duties assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed
