Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter transactions for new policies, quotes, renewals, policy changes, audits and cancellations on systems, and Policy Decisions.
• Assist in identifying and solving production challenges.
• Maintain prescribed departmental processing service levels.
• Review and process new and renewal policies.
• Review and process endorsements received from the various carriers.
• Receive and process all daily mail timely and accurately by updating our system, following official agency workflows.
• Prepare and send Insured letters associated with processed documents.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):

• A thorough knowledge of Commercial Lines products and coverages.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a professional manner.
• Commercial insurance experience and working knowledge of insurance terms and concepts.

Required:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
