Spherion, in partnership with Homesite, is currently recruiting temporary Commercial Lines Business Processors. As a Commercial Lines Business Processor, you will be responsible for high-volume data entry processing in a metric/production-driven setting from the comfort of your home!

We are seeking candidates with property/casualty, commercial, or personal lines insurance experience. If you enjoy fast-paced, data entry in a production/metric-measured environment, this could be the role for you!

Highlights:

• 6-month temporary role with the possibility of extension
• Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Pay Rate: $23/hr
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST with flexibility after training

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into the company's processing system
• Provide clerical assistance to customer service and underwriting representatives
• Search and validate new business data via online resources
• Perform quality control checks
• Balance and track policy inventories
• Transcribe and interpret policy information from source data into the company's network for insurance services on our commercial product lines
• Ability to shift your daily workload to meet our service-level agreements
• Ability to think strategically and provide recommendations for process efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent degree
• Property/casualty, commercial, or personal lines insurance experience
• PC proficiency, data entry skills, and knowledge of Windows
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent customer service approach including efficient follow-up
• Results driven
• Resilient, positive, and focused
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-4 years in a high-volume data entry/data processing setting
• Commercial Insurance experience
• Basic Lean knowledge
• Property/Casualty Licensing
