SUMMARY:

You own it, are accountable and likely are a top performing sales Business Development Officer for business, C&I, CRE loans, deposit and full range of banking solutions for commercial and small business clients. You are either worried about your current employer's interest/ability to close loans, not happy with your employer or perhaps interested in exploring a change. Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate new C&I, CRE and business loans from small and mid-size business clients in accordance with established annual goals and objectives.
  • Prescreen loans with knowledge of proper structure, conformity, and eligibility with respect to the applicable loan program.
  • Identify opportunities to solve client issues by obtaining sufficient information from applicants to analyze the loan request appropriately.
  • Maintain continual dialogue and close working relationship with other bank officers, centers of influence, referral resources, etc.
  • Cross-sell treasury management, deposit, trade, cash management, wealth & asset management, credit card, on-line banking, mortgage, investment and other financial services.
  • Responsible for cash flow analysis, spreading, developing a loan credit approval memo for the credit department based on the information received from the prospect.
  • Responsible for assisting client through the end-to-end loan process, assisting internal team members with obtaining all necessary documentation needed to close the transaction, monitor loan performance, collect tax returns, financials, rendering proprietary Integro360 consultative services and to follow up on any exceptions or account matters.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all aspects of job-related laws and regulations, including timely, and successful completion of all online or in-person training required by Integro Bank.
  • Participate in community and business functions/groups to provide a positive image for the bank within the marketplace. Establish referral contacts within the community. Attend local events to establish Integro Bank’s presence and cultivate relationships.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrate at least 5 years of prior commercial loan Business Development experience at a financial institution
  • Demonstrated knowledge of C&I, CRE and business loan products and policies
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A team player able to work effectively in a team-fostered, multi-tasking environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Hubspot or similar CRM system, Abrigo or similar loan processing system.
  • Ability to work independently and develop relationships based on overall profitability and revenue generation.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial analysis and spreading including cash flow, balance sheet, financial ratios, collateral, economic and industry analysis.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Successful, prior Business Development and relationship management experience
  • Strong Sales experience required


ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs. (e.g., file boxes)
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend and stoop
  • Sitting/Standing/Driving for 90% of the time
  • Requires ability to use keyboard up to 8 hours
  • Travel may be required
