Hogsalt is seeking a Full Time Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair Technicianto support our current properties and future development projects.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Our ideal candidate is kind, positive, and works well with others. They also believe in quality, consistency, and working in a clean, organized, and inclusive environment where respect and dignity is prioritized.
- Must be available to work up to 40 hours a week - shifts are Sunday-Thursday.
- Minimum of 2 years in-field experience with HVAC and refrigeration.
- Preferred knowledge of kitchen facilities and equipment.
- Must be able to provide reliable vehicle.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to perform repairs in the following areas (but not limited to):
- Hot Kitchen Equipment.
- Kitchen Appliances.
- Refrigeration.
- Plumbing.
- Electrical.
Responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance programs to support the following:
- HVAC.
- Refrigeration.
- Plumbing.
- Kitchen hot line equipment.
- Collaborates with other facilities personnel on various projects.
- Responds to maintenance requests from stores in a timely fashion.
- Performs regular property inspections.
- Advises store managers on a variety of technical engineering issues.
- Available on a 24-hour basis for scheduled on-call shifts to address building emergencies.
- Reports to Facilities Director, Facilities Manager and other members of the Director team.
