We're looking for experienced and ambitious Commercial Licensed Insurance Agents , we operate in 30 plus US states, and cover all areas of Property and Casualty Commercial Insurance with products from leading insurers.

This Commercial Licensed Insurance Agent role will be an ideal opportunity for experienced commercial producers with at least 6years consecutive working experience in the Commercial Insurance sector who looking to become part of an industry leader in the insuretech space.

The right candidate may also grow into a Commercial Insurance Team Lead, or other leadership roles.

Leads are provided to you, there is no need for you to source your own leads.

You are provided with a service team and will focus solely on sales only.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow Givesurance guidelines for providing accurate and timely quotes/proposal, handle bind request and client/insurance carrier follow ups in a timely manner.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Responsible for keeping P&C license and continuing education up to date and within good standing (company sponsored)
• Be outstanding at relationship building

• Attend training via our LMS system
• Maintain current knowledge of our guidelines and procedures; material will be provided/ also available via LMS
• Make aware Team Lead, or management of system or carrier issues
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements

DESIRED SKILLSETHave 6 or more years of Commercial Insurance experience.

• Current P&C license in resident state
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work with multiple potential customers and be prompt on all associated follow-ups
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong team player and ability to work independently as needed to achieve individual and team-based goals
• Comfortable using computer based programs, CRM, Microsoft Office
