Develop Insurance Quotes, Make Sales Presentations, and Close Sales: You'll be responsible for creating insurance quotes, delivering compelling sales presentations, and successfully closing deals.
Communicate with Hot Leads: Engage with potential clients who are already interested in our services.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, offering ongoing support as needed.
Understand Prospect Needs: Listen to and understand the needs of potential clients, and identify sales opportunities that align with their requirements.
Manage Customer Database: Maintain an organized database of both current and potential customers for effective follow-ups and relationship management.
Explain and Demonstrate Service Benefits: Articulate and showcase the advantages of our services to potential clients.
Stay Informed About the Competition: Keep yourself updated about competing products and services to stay competitive.

Requirements
Insurance License (Preferred): If you already have an insurance license, that's great, but don't worry if you don't - we're willing to help you get one.
Experience in Selling Insurance (1-2 Years, Preferred): While we prefer candidates with some experience in insurance sales, we're also open to teaching motivated individuals who are new to the field.
Eager to Learn and Grow: We're looking for people who are motivated and ready to learn. We'll provide the support you need to succeed.
Friendly and Good with People: This role involves attending events and building connections, so being outgoing and sociable is a plus.
Proven Sales Success: It's a big advantage if you've met or exceeded sales goals before.
