Comfort Systems USA is seeking a motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team! All work is Commercial & Industrial HVAC.

The Service Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs to building technical systems. The Service Technician will also ensure that all work carried out meets the Building Services Division safety, quality, and customer standards and achieves the overall business plans and objectives. Displays exceptionally high level of productivity, quality results. Provides independent decisions, creative and viable alternatives. Little to no supervision required. Independent decision making.

Technicians will also have access to the Comfort Systems FIX-IT-CENTER 1-800 call line for all technical questions/field support or assistance needed during work hours! Robust Technical support at your fingertips!

Must have Experience with: Mini splits, DX, PTAC (Package Terminal Unit), CRAC Units (Computer Room Air Conditioners), Heat-pumps, Package Units, 10 to 60 ton package RTU, furnace, splits, VRF single and muti cassette, VAV, VVT, duct static controls, boilers, primary and secondary loop systems, condensers, chillers (centrifugal, screw and rotary knowledge a plus), VFD soft starts and variable speed, ductwork (commercial and residential), refrigeration, basic electrical, single and three phase, heat recovery units, make up air units, BAS inputs and outputs, plumbing (sweating and brazing pipe), RaK Systems and Walking in cooler/freezers.

Hold valid EPA Universal certification.

Nate Certification (Preferred, but NOT require)

3-5+ Years' commercial Experience - Required

Chiller/Boiler Experience is a bonus!
