Commercial Delivery Driver - Part-Time

We are currently looking for a CommercialDelivery Driver to join our team of experienced professionals in Sellersville, PA. If the description below sounds like you, Apply Today!
This is currently a Part-Time position with possible Full-Time hours for the right person. Must be flexible and available Monday through Friday - hours vary.
Salary will commensurate with experience - $20-$22

Responsibilities Include:

• Load or unload trucks, using special loading-related equipment or other equipment as necessary.
• Meet customer demands on time and build strong relationships with clients
• Inspect goods to determine quantities and conditions.
• Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services when required.
• Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting goods.
• Inspect loads to ensure that cargo is secure
• Read and interpret maps to determine vehicle routes.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have a current CDL driver's license
• At least 3 years working in a fast paced distribution center or related field
• Knowledge of methods for moving goods quickly, efficiently and safely
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients
• Be able to adjust to changes in delivery times and locations due to unforeseen issues
• Must be able to lift, sit, stand, walk, twist, turn, stretch, push, pull, bend, reach without constraint
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50 lbs or more repeatedly with use of pallet jack or hand truck

Preferred Skills:

• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent driving record
• Two years minimum driving straight body trucks
• Passed DOT Medical Exam
  
• Attention to detail
• Class B License preferred
