Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-Time Commercial Cooking Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record installing, maintaining, and repairing a diverse range of Commercial Cooking appliances. The role requires in-person work and a commitment to ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Commercial Cooking Equipment.
• Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Perform routine inspections and proactive maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Accurately document service and installation actions through reports and records.
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards and cultivate positive client relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Commercial Cooking Equipment Technician or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various Commercial Cooking appliances.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, gas systems, and mechanical components related to Cooking Equipment.
• Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
