Sun Eagle Corporation is a 45-year old General Contractor. We build commercial buildings throughout Maricopa County. We are presently interviewing for a COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT for various commercial, municipal and government projects. Preference will be given to applicants who have NEW BUILDING construction experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing weekly meetings with owners/architects.
- Manage subcontractor scheduling meetings.
- Provide 3-week look-ahead schedules, 30-hour OSHA certification.
- Daily safety walk inspection.
- Manage all subcontractors.
- Write all RFI's, assist PM with monthly draw applications.
- Review submittals and shop drawings, etc. Computer skills necessary.
- Our firm uses Procore as our Project Management software.
Required Experience:
- Applicants must have 1 to 5-years of experience as a primary Superintendent on their resume.
- Must have a High School Diploma.
- OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification.
