Commercial Construction Project Manager needed.
Holland Construction, LLC is a Commercial General Contractor. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Construction Project Manager with 5 years minimum experience as a PM and in projects of at least $5 million. Some travel is required depending on location of project.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Overall project planning, scheduling, project cost accounting, quality control, contract administration, safety management, labor and equipment resources, and owner and architect relationships
- Oversees Construction Projects from start to finish. Updated monthly and communicated to all subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects and field personnel.
- Manages all contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFI’s, ASI’s, with the Owner and Architect in a timely fashion. Follows up with owners on unpaid invoices.
- Creates and manages all subcontracts and purchase orders and ensures all documents are completed and signed.
- Checks drawings of all items in a timely manner for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Follows up with architects and engineers to make sure they are not delaying progress per internal schedules.
Minimum Requirements:
- A 4-year college degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or similar program is preferred.
- Career experience must include at least 5 years of Project Management in Commercial Construction, with complete profit/loss and schedule accountability.
- Career experience must include positions of leadership over project teams with responsibility for talent management and employee development.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution, team leadership, and motivation.
- ProCore experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Must have a driver’s license and clean driving record.
