Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Debt Collection: Contacting commercial clients to collect outstanding debts.
• Negotiation: Engaging in professional and effective negotiation to settle debts.
• Client Interaction: Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation of collection efforts.
• Compliance: Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
• Reporting: Generating reports on collection activities and outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with the collection team to achieve set targets.
• Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving collection issues and disputes.
• Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry best practices and collection strategies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial debt collection is a plus but not required.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Assertive and results-driven approach to achieving collection targets.
• High degree of professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Ability to work as part of a team in an office setting.
• Familiarity with collection laws and regulations is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using collection software and databases is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
