Commercial Cleaner - Office Building Amherst Ny

Commercial Cleaners needed:

Office building located in Amherst NY: Evening part time hours. Shifts range from 2-3 hours per evening.

We specialize in providing upscale commercial cleaning services to our clients. Currently, we are seeking experienced cleaners who excel in both team-based and independent work environments.

Duties

• Maintain cleanliness in designated areas including restrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, offices, stairwells. and common areas within a building.
• General custodial tasks like sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Wax & Buff floors.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Empty and replace liners in trash receptacles.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors and elevators to a pristine condition.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and communal areas.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety measures.
• Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the supervisor.

Skills

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial duties is required.
• Proficiency in proper cleaning techniques and utilization of cleaning equipment.
• Experience in operating floor care equipment such as buffers, floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners are a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Time management skills for efficient task completion.
• Ability to work independently or within a team setting.
