Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of property management strategies.
- Ensure building is in good physical condition with weekly walk throughs
- Maintain positive customer relationships with tenants and vendors
- Ensure repairs are happening in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proven general work experience
- Understand general building systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and customer relationship management.
The focus of this position is part time however there is a possibility for full time as well
