Job Summary
The Commercial Banking Training and Content Coordinator assists with the development of training offerings used to support and enhance Commercial Banking. This role has an intimate technical understanding of the bank's Commercial Banking products and how they interface with each other. Reviews and updates are performed regularly on published Commercial Banking content to ensure accuracy and compliance. Along with the key functions listed below, each position will be expected to uphold the value that WaFd Bank places on simply being nice when servicing our co-workers and WF clients.
KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Work with the Commercial Training and Content Director and Commercial Product team as well as other leaders within the organization to prioritize needs and complete projects that will advance the goals of the Commercial Bank.
• Contribute to the strategy and vision of the Commercial Banking training program.
• Review and update published content from the Commercial Banking product team including but not limited to SharePoint, internal procedure resources, user guides, etc.
• Track and report changes to Commercial Training and Content Director and Head of Commercial Product, coordinating with other business lines as appropriate.
• Participate in research, development and delivery of internal and external training.
• Write professional training materials and related content.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both external clients and internal colleagues throughout the bank.
• Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned by manager.

Qualifications
Education/Skills/Training:

• Degree in Finance or Business Administration or other comparable

Experience:

• Three years of experience in Commercial Lending
• Experience in technical writing
• Experience in training development and delivery
