Are you a tenacious problem solver with a passion for building strong customer relationships? We are seeking an ambitious Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this on-the-road role, you'll work closely with homeowners to diagnose heating and cooling issues provide expert solutions, and contribute to our growing home services business. If you're comfortable in crawl spaces, not afraid to get your hands dirty, and are motivated by the potential to earn approximately $300,000 or more while achieving $4 million in sales per year, we want to talk to you.

Pay:
- Pay is commission based and can be up to 300,000k a year.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:
- Work directly with homeowners to diagnose sewer and drain issues, actively listening to their concerns and providing expert solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, building trust and credibility.
2. Sales Excellence:
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to take partial diagnoses to the next level, offering comprehensive solutions to heating and cooling problems.
- Employ a two-man close approach, collaborating with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
3. On-the-Road Sales:
- Meet with homeowners at their properties to assess heating and cooling issues, ensuring you understand the full scope of the problem.
- Navigate crawl spaces, attics, and challenging environments to make the sale.
4. Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets to contribute to our company's revenue growth.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while on the road.
5. Basic HVAC Knowledge:
- Possess a foundational understanding of heating and cooling systems, with awareness of electrical regulations and codes in Washington state.
6. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and proposals.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, ideally in home services, HVAC, or a related industry.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to conduct two-man closes.
- Basic electrical knowledge and an understanding of Washington state electrical regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with customers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of meeting aggressive sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and sales meetings.
- Comfort working in crawl spaces and challenging environments.
